工作原理
为什么 Midjourney 默认人像看起来都一样
Midjourney 训练数据与默认风格强烈偏好电影级戏剧光、修图后的肌肤、85mm-f/1.4 散景。不显式控制镜头、光、肌肤质感,每张人像都向「AI Instagram 滤镜」美学收敛。编辑和招聘者一眼就认。
上面模板在三处打破收敛: 镜头(改焦距改变脸的几何)、光线方向与硬度,以及显式「真实肌肤质感」条款抑制默认美颜。前两个是纯摄影,第三个是 Midjourney 特有的反模式。
镜头改变脸
广角 (35mm) 凸显下巴、夸张鼻子;人像感觉亲密、有时略带喜剧。50mm 是「标准」镜头 — 最自然。85mm 与 105mm 压缩五官、衬托大多数脸,产出经典编辑感。仅切换提示词中的镜头,就能为同一角色得到三种截然不同的人像。
适合为同一虚构角色拍多张。锁种子,只改镜头。视觉上下文不同但身份保持一致 — 单纯靠提示词难以做到的特性。
光线方向驱动情绪 — 显式说
「自然光」是非指令;模型默认挑戏剧性的。「画面左侧的柔和北窗光」是模型可精确执行的指令。模板要求方向 (左/右/后/前)、质感 (柔/硬)、来源 (窗/黄昏/烛光/阴天)。
三种快速情绪映射: 逆光+暖色 = 浪漫/怀旧。单一硬侧光 = 戏剧/审视。阴天+正面柔光 = 纪录/真实。有意识地选,这就是「一张人像」与「传达你想要东西的人像」的区别。
常见问题
›Midjourney v5 能用吗?
可以,但去掉 --style raw (v5.2 加入) 和 v7 引用。镜头+光线条款仍有用。新版 (v6.1+、v7) 对真实肌肤条款执行更好。
›全身镜头能用吗?
可以 — 把构图改全身,镜头切到 35mm 或 50mm (85mm 对身体太美化),并加姿态描述。肌肤质感条款全身效果较弱但仍值得保留。
›Midjourney 不是真相机为什么指定光圈?
这是模型理解的简写。f/1.4 = 「极端背景虚化、浅景深、亲密」。f/8 = 「大部分清晰、环境人像」。指定光圈能以 Midjourney 可靠解读的方式控制散景。
›怎么在多张图里保持同一张脸?

›这些提示词商用安全吗?
